Feature: More than 200 units XL model CPP have been delivered to a large number of customers since we started our business, however, Orenji-Ehime is the first vessel which is equipped with our newly developed 5 blades CPP. Compared with 4 blades CPP, the propeller diameter of 5 blades CPP is much smaller, so the tip clearance to the hull become larger. The larger the tip clearance is, the lower the vibration and noise are expectedly reduced. In addition, 5 blades CPP bring valuable effect of restraining the cavitation occurrence because the load applied to each blade is lighter. Therefore, the noise and vibration are also expected to be reduced. Considering growing requirements for new building ships including low noise and vibration, 5 blades CPP is capable to meet those customer needs and we believe our 5 blade CPP will successfully penetrate the market and receive good evaluation from shipbuilders and shipowners.
