Propellers, which operate under harsh underwater conditions, must be extremely reliable. For fixed pitch propellers, even those with diameters as large as 9 to 10 meters for large vessels must be manufactured as a single, integrated piece, requiring advanced design and manufacturing technology.
In our design department, we apply years of accumulated expertise along with fluid and structural analysis to develop high-performance, optimized propeller shapes.
In manufacturing, we ensure faithful reproduction of design data by combining machine processing using dedicated equipment with the sensitivity and craftsmanship of skilled workers, thereby realizing the production of high-quality propellers.
