This page is established in line with the "Guidelines for the Management and Auditing of Public Research Funds at Research Institutions (Implementation Standards)" (decided by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology on February 15, 2007; revised on February 1, 2021). It outlines Nakashima Propeller Co., Ltd.’s (hereinafter “the Company”) internal system for preventing the misuse of competitive research funds, and provides information on the Company’s management and oversight structure, as well as consultation and reporting channels for potential misconduct.

Management and Oversight System for Competitive Research Funds at Our Company

Chief Administrator	President & CEO	Holds ultimate responsibility for the management and operation of competitive research funds at the Company.
General Administrative Supervisor	Executive Officer in Charge of Technical Divisions	Assists the Chief Administrator and holds practical authority and responsibility for overseeing the management and operation of competitive research funds across the entire Company.
Compliance Promotion Officer	Head of the Research Division in Charge of Competitive Funds	Holds practical authority and responsibility for the management and operation of competitive research funds.
